They discuss the impact on small business owners in Victoria following one of the world’s most draconian Covid lockdowns and how some of us can pull ourselves up by our bootstraps, whilst others are not so fortunate. As in the case of the local café which Billy and Dominic tried to visit before their recording session this morning, it hasn’t been good news as they have lost everything.
